For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company/Individuals/Representant(referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Exploring Curacao, Cloud Based. Willemstad, Curacao.
  • Goods/services refer to the items offered for sale and to reservate on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase/reservate goods or services from Us and including those from third parties commercial partners referrals and product/services providers.
  • Service refers to the Website, social media  and off/on-line commercial channels.
  • Website refers to Exploring curacao, accessible from exploringcuracao.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order 7 days prior the delivery date without giving any reason for doing so. Depending on service administrative chargers and cancelation fee’s might apply. Mostly about 20% of the final price.

The deadline for cancelling an Order and reinbursment conditions may vary  depending on conditions of final service provider’s.

We will contact you immediately to plan reimbursement. Any administrative, bank/transfer fee, or any other additional fee incurred by any of the parties involved to resolve the reimbursement will be carried out by the client or consumer, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Reimbursement can only be processed after we have received funds from the service provider. We can not reimburse until we receive funds from the final provider.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods/services are in the original packaging and have not been used.
  • Digital reserved, bought or acquired goods and services, can not be returned nor refunded without any exception and under no circumstances, including those from third-party commercial partners referrals and product/services providers, unless the provider arranges directly with you. We will not mediate or assume any responsibility for the provider. Yet we will always keep it impartial and fair to parties involved.

The following Goods/Services cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods/Services is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods/Services, which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods/Services that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods/Services which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regularly priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods/services to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods/services damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of receipt of return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, and assuming it complies with all conditions mentioned above, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product/service is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
